A historic fortress turned vibrant destination, it now opens its gates to visitors eager to explore its ramparts, secret tunnels, and breathtaking views. A living site where past and present intertwine, blending heritage with a sense of renewal all year round.

From its inception, the MS Elisabeth was built as a private cruising barge that combined autonomy, comfort, and elegance. Commissioned by a Belgian industrialist with a passion for inland navigation, she once journeyed the canals from Paris to Lyon in quiet luxury.

Today, her graceful lines and fine equipment — bow thruster, crane, dedicated guest quarters, separate wheelhouse, and a spacious teak deck — offer a discreet, timeless charm.
In 2025, Cedryc takes the helm to write a new chapter in this riverborn story.
